Presumably you've found out how to use DX8 with VB? Or are you using VC++? Or even the (eek) Visual .NET's!
It's good for a beginner - I just wish I had free time to fool about with DX8 more.
Why did you put in "See the lovly lakes" in the topic title?

Its Qbasic. Its one of my worst games ever but thanks anyway. And the reson I put See the lovely lakes is becase i just watched monty python and the holy grail
