I got the pro version; I just wanted to make sure it's ok to give out copies of my finished work???
Also, the original version of Quest game player is completely free, so I can send it out with my games, right?

Also yes, you are allowed to distribute the *free* version of Quest as you wish (not any part of Quest Pro however).
You can either distribute the original download file, or just provide a link to http://www.axeuk.com/quest/download.htm.
