![]() Hey, You know what? Quest is actually one of the best computer games I've played simply in that your imagination isn't put to the limit. If you spend time on QDK or whatever you use to edit your games, you will be using this thing nonstop! Once you learn proper tecniques, everything is possible to do in Quest, which is why I'm posting here right now. This site isn't as populated as it should be mainly because not too many people know of Quest. I think we should all start advertising this site. Imagine coming here every day and seeing new posts on the forum, and new games being added to the games list. I just bought a domain name, and am working on a huge Resident Evil site called Umbrella Headquarters which is located at http://www.umbrellahq.com . Though it's Resident Evil related, I am going to advertise Axe Software's site and get my visitors to become framiliar with Quest. The reason is, for one, I'm going to have a page dedicated to Resident Evil-related games made by Quest, and I want people to visit this site and download the game so everybody can participate. Quest is very cool, though it needs more attention. This is just a wake-up call to tell everybody who visits this site that we need advertisers, so please take this into consideration and advertise this site if you have a website. I am in no way part of the Axe Software staff. I am simply a normal Quest user like you guys, but it seems that we get very few posts on the forums, and people rarely submit Quest games. That's all, thanks... |

![]() Thanks for the support. As far as advertising goes, I've announced Quest and submitted Quest to everywhere I can think of - I think all that can help now is "word of mouth", so spread the word people! The Axe Software website receives approximately 70 visitors a day at present, though this fluctuates when Quest is announced on a popular site - Quest's small feature in Lockergnome (www.lockergnome.com) in June last year brought in about 300 extra visitors per day, as did the simultaneous release of the Quest 3.0 and QX3 alpha builds, which were announced on www.betanews.com as well as other beta news sites. As I have access to the web server log files I can see which sites are bringing in large numbers of visitors - so anybody manages to bring loads of visitors my way, I may treat them to a free registered version of Quest or QX. Well, you may need to ask nicely as well :)
