I really want to know. I've seen it about 54 times upon looking past posts, so i just wanted to know

It is real - but it's a text file on my computer which reminds me what people have asked for, and what bugs need fixing. It's not tidy enough to be a public thing :) But if you see me say I've added it to the "to do" list, it's been added - which means I have made a note of what you've asked for and will look into implementing it (at some point...)
