what's a good cheap web host? I don't want any banner ads on my website...and I'm looking for a host which gives decent bells and whistles inexpensively. I want to use frontpage to build my website which will feature an excel spreadsheet, a fair amount of gifs and jpegs, a bunch of links and maybe a forum. Any ideas?
