I haven't used Quest in awhile (been distracted by life) and I really like the idea of the QX3 server. However it is unavailable currently (and has been for several days) and I was wondering how the alpha builds are managed. Such as, do the builds expire, how long between releases, when the next release will be out? Thanks

The alpha builds have up to now had hard-coded expiry dates. Due to other committments I've not updated the current alpha of QX3, which has now expired, although I do hope to have a new version out soon.
