I have had enough of this. Is there any way to get a refund for quest???
Im absolutly sick of errors and then Alex not taking the time to actually tell me how to fix them. I appreciate he is a busy man but enough is enough. If i do not receive better treatment with future queries, I will write a letter to whoever the head of AXEUK is, and if that is Alex, then ill find something else!!!! Sorry to rant and rave, but im sick of errors!

Which query are you specifically talking about? I've not had any email from you recently. I endeavour to reply to queries made in the forums, but it can be hard to keep track of specific requests in here, and as you can't attach files to forum posts, it's better that urgent, specific queries are sent by email. You may receive a faster response to general technical support queries from somebody else in these forums, but things such as urgent bug reports, complaints, refund requests etc. should be emailed to me (and I am indeed the owner of Axe Software) at alex@axeuk.com.

If you could please email me with details of the specific problem you're experiencing, I'll do my best to sort it out.
